Feliza was founded on a simple yet powerful idea. People deserve clarity, structure, and genuine support in their daily work.
My journey with Asana began in 2022, after entrepreneur Leila Hormozi shared the tools she relies on to run her companies. Seeing one of the most successful entrepreneurs of her generation use Asana as a core collaboration platform immediately caught my attention.
What started as curiosity quickly became experience and, ultimately, expertise. I first used Asana in my private life and later in my professional work within management consulting. Especially in the German speaking market, I saw how early many organizations still are in their digital transformation and how much impact clear processes, defined responsibilities, and modern tools can have on the way teams work.
With a background in industrial engineering and several years in management consulting, I combine analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and a deep understanding of how organizations and people operate. Feliza is shaped not only by professional experience, but also by personal values.
Growing up in a family where responsibility, reliability, and empathy were non negotiable values strongly influenced how I work today. For me, trust is not a buzzword. It is the foundation of every collaboration.
